The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) assigned the following trademark tag lines to Hearts On Fire:
"The Moment Lasts Forever When Your Heart's on Fire," ''A Kiss is Just a Kiss Until Your Heart's on Fire,'' ''The Dream is Complete When Your Heart's on Fire,'' ''You Light Up The Room When Your Heart's on Fire,'' "You Know You're in Love When Your Heart's on Fire."
The company applied for these trademarks on January 17 and they were registered on March 13. Hearts On Fire will use the trademarks for diamonds, jewelry and precious gemstones.
