Rapaport Presents: How to Increase Diamond Demand, A Special “Diamond Dream” Breakfast Seminar

RAPAPORT... PRESS RELEASE, August 4, 2015, Mumbai ...Rapaport India is pleased to announce that Martin Rapaport will be hosting a special breakfast seminar entitled the “Diamond Dream.”

The seminar will focus on what can be done to increase consumer demand for diamonds with particular attention to the Indian market.

A panel of top diamond and jewelry trade leaders will convene for a wide-ranging discussion of the challenges and opportunities presented by recent developments in the diamond industry. Topics will include marketing and promotion, responsible sourcing, synthetic diamonds, bank financing and more.

The panelists will include:
• Ashok Minawala, Board Member of the All India Gems and Jewellery Trade Federation
• C K Venkatrama, CEO of Tanishq
• Sanjay Kothari, PMBD convener
• Vipul Shah, Chairman of the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council
• Martin Rapaport, Chairman of Rapaport Group, Moderator

The breakfast seminar is an invitation-only event that will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai from 8:00 to 11:00 am on Friday, August 7. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am and the seminar will begin at 9:00 am sharp.

The Rapaport Group would like to thank the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council for supporting the Rapaport breakfast seminar. Transportation will be organized from official IIJS hotels to the Grand Hyatt Hotel and then onward to the IIJS show venue.
