De Beers, Zale, Jewelry Academy Receive Trademarks

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) issued the trademark "For You, Forever" to De Beers Diamond Jewellers Ltd. on March 31 with registration number 4712952.  De Beers applied for the trademark on February 4, 2013 and first used the term in commerce on June 2, 2014. "For You, Forever," refers to precious metals and their alloys and goods, various jewelry items, precious and semi-precious stones and horological and chronometric instruments.
 
Zale Delaware, which is owned by Signet Jewelers, received the trademark "Unstoppable Love" on March 31 with registration number 4713900. Zale filed for the trademark on March 12, 2014 and first used it in commerce on April 10, 2014. "Unstoppable Love" refers to jewelry and diamonds.

The USPTO issued the trademark "The Jewelry Academy of New York" to JPK Jewelry LLC of New York on March 31 with registration number 4713154. JPK filed for trademark status on June 11, 2013 and has been using the term to describe education services, namely, providing classes, seminars and workshops in the field of jewelry making.
 
Angel Baltimore, doing business as Anjewelz Angel Baltimore in Maryland, received approval for the trademark "Anjewelz" on March 31 with registration number  4712967. The company creates beads for jewelry along with children's jewelry, diamond jewelry and costume jewelry. "Anjewelz" has been in use since January 1, 2006.

The USPTO issued the trademark "Ignite Your Love" to I Do Diamond Ring Boutique of Sarasota, Florida on March 31 with registration number 4713538. The jeweler applied for the trademark on December 2, 2013 and first used it in commerce on December 12, 2014. 

In the U.K., the Intellectual Property Office stated that application has been filed for the trademark "Northern Star Canadian Diamonds" by Corona Jewellery Company of Toronto, Canada.  The trademark refers to diamonds and jewelry.
