The Conference Board found that mood of the U.S. consumer rose slightly, but remains "weak" by historical standards. The level of apprehension consumers have felt about business and jobs in the past two years is showing signs of dissipating. Crossworks Manufacturing held its first tender of De Beers Victor mine rough diamonds earlier this month. Shrenuj & Co opened its 15,000sq.ft. Botswana cutting and polishing factory and will be manufacturing diamonds there that were supplied by the DTC Botswana.  Shree Ramkrishna Export enabled B2B trading for mobile devices through its new mobile resource titled  ‘SRK Lite.’  Jewelers of America's  Cost of Doing Business survey  submission deadline was extended to June 30.
