Helzberg Diamonds Adds In-Store Pickup Service for Online Purchases

Retailer expands omnichannel strategy ahead of Christmas.

RAPAPORT... Helzberg Diamonds expanded its online shopping features to include an in-store pickup option in preparation for the all important Christmas shopping season.  The retailer stated that  most items should be ready in as little as one hour and conveniently accommodates customers’ schedules. Shoppers also have the option to combine a pickup item with a piece to be shipped on the same order, as well as the ability to pick up multiple items on one order at different locations.

The new feature was a logical extension from its in-store appointment function that was launched online earlier. 

“We continue to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, wherever and however they prefer to shop,” said Beryl Raff, the CEO of Helzberg Diamonds. “Many of our customers start their relationship with us online and we are pleased to bring them new, convenient tools such as this that provide the most exceptional shopping experience in the industry.”
