Helzberg Diamonds Renews Marketing Agreement with Epsilon

Epsilon will continue to support multichannel direct marketing efforts

RAPAPORT... Helzberg Diamonds renewed its agreement with Epsilon, a marketing solutions provider, and a subsidiary of the Alliance Data Systems Corporation. Under the renewed contract, Epsilon will continue to support multichannel direct marketing efforts focusing on acquiring new customers, reactivation, retention and cross-selling. Epsilon will also continue hosting and managing the jeweler's  customer marketing database, which they have been doing since 2007, and will continue to work on various marketing campaigns.
Helzberg will now also leverage Epsilon's TargetPlus™ file, which provides demographic data to optimize marketing efforts by microtargeting customers. This information will give a better profile of Helzberg’s customers and enable them to better target and personalize communications.
